New World Symphony WALLCAST™ concerts, Presented by Citi®, allow people to experience select events throughout the season through a striking use of visual and audio technology on the soaring, 7,000-square-foot projection wall of the New World Center at SoundScape Park designed by West 8. Audience bring blankets, share picnic dinner and enjoy the sights and sounds of the New World Symphony with friends and family! There are also FREE SoundScape Cinema Series curated and presented by the City of Miami being held at SoundScape Park. More info can be found on the Park Event Page of the New World Center. Deputy Mayor of Moscow checks execution details of Tverskaya Boulevard

Accompanied by West 8’s Adriaan Geuze and Denis Leontyev of local partner Strelka KB, Deputy Mayor of Moscow Petr Birukov came on 6th July to check execution details of Tversyaka Boulevard in Moscow. This street situated in the Tverskoy District of central Moscow, between Kremlin and Pushkin Square, is a true great welcome to Moscow's city center. As Chief Architect of the Tverskaya Street Revitalisation project, Adriaan Geuze was interviewed on site regarding the work in progress by Moscow TV Chanel 24.

Together with local partner Strelka KB, West 8 has been in charge of the design and execution of its revitalisation. The project is scheduled to complete in November 2016. Details please also see: Tverskaya Street: Areas of improvement: Mystreet2016.ru.

A First Look at the Newly Completed Hills on Governors Island

Take a stunning flyover of "The Hills", which opened to the public on July 19. The culmination of West 8's award-winning Governors Island Park and Public Space Master, the Hills are constructed largely out of the island's recycled debris and rubble. The four Hills, rising 25 to 70 feet above the Island, offer unparalleled views of the New York skyline, the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor.
